Not exactly.

Fidel Castro, ex-aspiring pitcher turned revolutionary, has relinquished control of Cuba and its Communist Party to his brother, Raul Castro, as he undergoes surgery to repair intestinal bleeding.

Regardless of how I feel about any person and his/her politics, I will not wish anything but a successful surgery and recovery for him/her when applicable.
