The Govinator goes green... sort of.

Yes, Governor Ahnold has announced an agreement with Tony Blair for California and England to work together on global warming issues, especially carbon dioxide ("We call it life...") emissions. Although it seems to be by no means comprehensive, or necessarily binding, it is certainly a step in the right direction - for Ahnold, that direction might just be any one that leads away from Bush.

Speaking of global warming, it's getting freaking hot here in NYC - today, 100+ degrees. Lovely.
