Rudy caught in a LIE!!!!

Giuliani, testifying last year under oath before a Bronx grand jury investigating Mr. Kerik, said he had no memory of the briefing(regarding Kerik's ties to the mob), but he did not dispute that it had taken place, according to a transcript of his testimony.

This contradicts with his testimony in 2000, where he admitted he was briefed on Kerik's ties to a company eith mob connections.

The NY Times caught this, let us see if the broadcast journalists do their job or if this story vanishes. Will Rudy be held accountable for his lies?
