Support for Republican party in Serious decline
The Pew Research group conducted their latest poll on party affiliation of the public and found that Republican allegiance has dropped to 35% from 43% in 2002, when both parties had a statistical tie in this Pew Poll. Democrats on the other hand have risen to 50% party affiliation by those polled in this poll. More details on this study from Pew.
Bruce Bartlett a conservative writer said that this poll indicates "it's clear we have come to an end of a Republican conservative era"
That is music to my ears! Let's only hope this trend continues in 2008 and Guilliani gets nowhere near the White House!

That kinda blows your whole 80% of the country loathes Republicans theory. I mean according to your little poll there,50% of those surveyed identified with or leaned toward Democrats, whereas 35% aligned with Republicans.
That's 85%... that mean 15% don't align with either.
Then if you read your little poll further down there's this little gem:
"The survey found that the proportion of those expressing a positive view of Democrats has declined since January 2001 — when Bush took office — by 6 percentage points, to 54%. But the public's regard for Republicans has cratered during the Bush years, with the proportion holding a favorable view of the GOP dropping 15 points, to 41%."
Vewy Intewesting. Sure would have loved to call your little radio. But there are no phone #'s to call in and the radio website seems to be malfunctioning. Shame, I'd loved to have school you LIVE. Feel free to send the # to call to my e-mail address, that is unless you are scared.

When I mention 80%, i refer to the 70%-80% of this country according to different polls that no not approve of this administration. I guess that means many Republicans don't approve of this degenerate administation either.
Hope that clears it up
Thanks for dropping by!

No, it doesn't clear it up. Why don't you link your "sources" so we can look and decide for ourselves? Or might that be just a tad too uncomfortable for you?
