Corporations are observing and following the actions of the Bush administration when it comes to whistleblowers: Cut them loose!
If you expose corruption or unsafe conditions at your workplace, you are supposed to be protected under federal law from reprisals by your employer. However, the Bush administration routinely removes people (usually through coerced "retirement") for revealing their malfeasance, so why should corporate America behave any differently?
