The Republicans will not be happy if they cannot restrict access to the polls in 2008. More people pissed off at the GOP = more potential voters = a more likely Democratic steamroller.

They've gotten so desperate that they've engineered an old trick - fix the report on voter fraud so it presents the "party-correct" view, as opposed to the ACTUAL one.
