Friction in the G.O.P.

It seems the bush administration itself has split. It seems Rice and Bush are becoming more moderate( did I just write that??), while the V.P is remaining a loyal neo-conservative ... The split is all over diplomacy in the Middle East.

Still, Rice lies about their relationship and insists there is not friction
