Judge Robert Bork, one of the leading advocates for tort reform and limiting your ability to seek justice in a courtroom, is suing the Yale club after he slipped and fell on his way to the stage to make a speech!!!!!!!

Nice double standard. So much for conservatives standing up for what they believe in. If he was so concerned about tort reform, you would think he would settle his little injury out of court with the Yale club. The only thing conservatives support is limiting the common man's ability to earn a living and seek justice.
