Those are the words of one Monica Goodling, in an email exchange solidifying the delegation of power of the Attorney General to hire and fire non-civil-service employees of the Justice Department to Goodling and Kyle Sampson. No wonder there were people within the administration who had no idea that these two young Bushies had such power.
