Torture, denial and reality

Information regarding the former Attorney General gonzo and his secret opinion on torture have been made public, Boston Globe reports. Nancy Pelosi stated she was never was informed of these memos and rulings
The N.Y times reports:
Senator John D. Rockefeller IV, the West Virginia Democrat who is chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, wrote to the acting attorney general, Peter D. Keisler, asking for copies of all opinions on interrogation since 2004.

Of course the White house is lying over this whole issue and insist everyone was briefed

.... well-respected US peace activists, CODEPINK and Global Exchange cofounder Medea Benjamin and retired Colonel and diplomat Ann Wright, were denied entry into Canada On October third. The two women were headed to Toronto to discuss peace and security issues at the invitation of the Toronto Stop the War Coalition.
