Radio Equalizer: pathological liar, and a wing nut

Radio Equalizer, otherwise known as Brian Maloney, wrote about a tasteless joke Savage love ( a gay sex columnist) made on some obscure gay radio show.
I responded by asking him a few questions: Mainly is he equally offended by other off color comedians who are not gay?? The weasel took down my post and claimed it was obscene!!! Too bad I did not use a single foul word in the post.
I posted again the following in respnse to his censoring.......

If you are so offended by Savage Love, you must be offended by Opie and Anthony, Jim Norton's"rape jokes" and Dice Clay as well... right???
I'm looking for consistency , you have none in your views.
I also pointed out, by defending the victim of this joke Fred Phelps, you are defending his Anti-troops viewpoint and also support "GOD HATES F*GS"I used no questionable language in the post, YOU PATHOLOGICAL LIAR
I used language in other posts, much worse.

Guess what? Maloney could not handle this and again said i used foul language, and took down the post.

So here you have it folks, wingers can not justify their own views. This freak Maloney is defending Fred Phelps by attacking the joke made by Savage Love!!!! This freak can not answer if he is offended by off color comedy by straight comedians........

Why can wing nuts not answer questions about their own beliefs.

Maloney has actually been on Oriley a few times. This is the level of filth FOX news will put on the air, a coward, who is freaking out over a gay guy making a joke about Fred Phelps!!

Rudy Watch........

Hello everyone, it's Jared finally blogging for tonight's live radio show. Quick hello to our friends the Ross family (Bec and Adam), in Israel and hello to the wing nuts from radio equalizer who came over to comment and visit the blog... Anyway...

My biggest concern is Rudy Giuliani becoming president and turning America into a military police state. The media refuses to cover the kind of news that reveals his true character: sleazy, corrupt and fraudulent. So here at the ELPN, it is my responsiblity to cover the man who would be worse than Bush if selected president.

Local NY paper reports :
Bernard Kerik's legal nightmare is about to get worse, with federal prosecutors expected to file charges against the former police commissioner that will likely include allegations of bribery, tax fraud and obstruction of justice

Remember Kerik is a man that Rudy has gushed over for years; he even recommended Kerik for a position as Homeland Security secretary!!! This speaks volumes in regards to the control freak cross dresser being fit to command! Nobody is talking about this; I wonder why?

Another local NY paper reported:
Rudy Giuliani's law partner has been told to monitor the criminal probe of disgraced ex-NYPD boss Bernard Kerik, which threatens to muddy up the former mayor's bid to become president

So Rudy is hiring a crony to stall the Kerik crime probe and distance Rudy from it all. (Note from Ralph: It's not just any crony; he's the son of new Attorney General nominee Mike Mukasey!) Obviously, they know this is a problem for his campaign.. Why is this stuff only being reported locally in NYC? I don't think that Giuliani needs the assistance in making this go away, the media is doing a very good job keeping this out of the national news.

Giuliani is also worried about the fundamentalist Christian vote. His good buddy in the right wing media, Sean Hannity, begged James Dobson and his supporters to re-consider Rudy for president!! Media Matters is reporting that Sean Hannity interviewed Rudy on Fox news and failed to disclose that he appeared at a Giuliani fundraiser!! PFAW's right-wing watch reports on the values voter debate and straw poll, in which Rudy did awfully. Sean "Brown Tongue" Hannity got worst person from Olbermann for not disclosing his fundraising for Rudy.

Democrats are sheeple, too!

The Senate Intelligence Committee voted 13-2 in favor of Bush's "compromise" on the FISA/spying program. This "compromise" gives Bush the main thing he wants - retroactively granting legal immunity to the telecom companies accused of illegally providing information and allowing wiretaps for the Bushies! The Bush administration's main goal here is to prevent us from ever knowing just who was illegally wiretapped! The forty lawsuits filed against the telecom companies can only make us wonder how many others were tapped illegally without knowing it!

Sen. John Rockefeller (D-WV), head of the committee, says that the government, not the companies, should bear responsibility for legal legitimacy. This smacks of the infamous Nixon line: "When the President does it, that means that it is not illegal." Since the Bushies never take responsibility for anything, the implication remains: No one will ever be held accountable for the illegal programs the telecom companies acquiesced to!

If there is a silver lining here, it is that the immunity only covers lawsuits on illegal acts committed after 9/11. Woo. Hoo.

ELPN hero Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) is pretty pissed - from the day before the Intel Committee approved the measure! Only Russ Feingold (D-WI) and Ron Wyden (D-OR) opposed it. Too bad other Democratic senators did not listen to one of their elder statesmen! Presidential hopeful Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CT) has vowed to prevent the measure from being voted on by the full Senate, so expect a fight over this in the right-wing knee-jerk media (OMG Democrats are being obstructionists!)...

Unsurprisingly for a Bush compromise necessity, legal scholars say this may set a bad precedent. The problem is, it's already been done before - Robert Kennedy Sr. had seen it, as had others in the recent past of our nation.

We should all call Sen. Chris Dodd and let him know we approve of his willingness to "obstruct" this Bush "compromise." Bush says his veto potential ensures his legitimacy, yet he insists that the Democrat-run Senate and House vacate their legitimacy because he MUST have his way.

Iran is imminent!

Valerie Plame has finally spoken out regarding her role in undercover CIA counterproliferation role with Iran and the ramifications of her outing on 60 Minutes. Her comments there should put any doubts to rest for all but the most hardcore of Bush asskissers. This morning, on the Today show, she expressed concern that the Bush administration would commit another Iraq (misleading the public into justification for war) with Iran. Remember, a few weeks ago, Howard Fineman went on Chris Matthews' show to say that there were intelligence reports in the pipeline that would attempt to rein in the administration's Iran posturing. Didn't Bush receive similar intelligence regarding the results of an overthrow of Saddam's regime in Iraq? We may be well on the way to World War III here.

Darth Cheney has spoken - he's telling Iran that "we will not allow [them] to have a nuclear weapon," and has threatened "serious consequences" (read: "I got your nuke... right HERE!") if they attempt to build one!!! His argument is that Iran would use a nuclear weapon against Israel - a very unwise move for Iran, as they would murder many Muslims, and potentially create fallout issues for many Middle East and Persian nations.

Nothing stops our mortal enemies over at The National Review, though. Their commentary on Cheney's statement: One day, even liberals will agree to give Dubya and Darth the Nobel Peace Prize for preventing World War III by crushing Iran! Note to Tom Gross over at the NRO website: They'll be the ones STARTING WW III, not preventing it, if they bomb Iran. Even more frightening is this idea one of their hacks unleashed: Lynne Cheney should run for President in 2008! I can only say one thing: First Lady Dick Cheney... gross.

Iraq... Iran.... Perpetual State Of War

Washington Post reports
"Redeployments of U.S. brigades -- even of the surge forces -- are dependent on the security situation on the ground in Iraq. If General Petraeus early next year sees the security situation deteriorating, he will have the courage to go back to the president and say he needs to keep forces that he had planned to send home," said Col. John R. Martin, senior adviser to Petraeus.

Interesting, so much for the huge Petraeus hearings and announcements in September. All one big distraction, they are not concerned with the security situation, if the oil deal is not sealed, we are not leaving..... Question for our right wing hacks:Still think move on.org was so wrong to put that "betray us" advertisement out?

Friction between Kurdish rebels and Turkey. Turkey is ready to take military action in Iraq. Oh now I can see that 30,000 troop drawdown being postponed for sure.......

Iraqi National Security Adviser Mowaffak Al-Rubaie, told CNN that Iraqis say, “No, big fat no, N-O for the bases in Iraq”......

Still think the Bush administration will continue to back the Shite government in Iraq?????? Can you say "Sunni dictator"??????

Our president spoke to the press, and indeed was banging the war drum fast and furious!!
Most telling moment:

Q But you definitively believe Iran wants to build a nuclear weapon?

THE PRESIDENT: I think so long -- until they suspend and/or make it clear that they -- that their statements aren't real, yeah, I believe they want to have the capacity, the knowledge, in order to make a nuclear weapon. And I know it's in the world's interest to prevent them from doing so. I believe that the Iranian -- if Iran had a nuclear weapon, it would be a dangerous threat to world peace.

But this -- we got a leader in Iran who has announced that he wants to destroy Israel. So I've told people that if you're interested in avoiding World War III, it seems like you ought to be interested in preventing them from have the knowledge necessary to make a nuclear weapon. I take the threat of Iran with a nuclear weapon very seriously. And we'll continue to work with all nations about the seriousness of this threat. Plus we'll continue working the financial measures that we're in the process of doing. In other words, I think -- the whole strategy is, is that at some point in time, leaders or responsible folks inside of Iran may get tired of isolation and say, this isn't worth it. And to me, it's worth the effort to keep the pressure on this government.

And secondly, it's important for the Iranian people to know we harbor no resentment to them. We're disappointed in the Iranian government's actions, as should they be. Inflation is way too high; isolation is causing economic pain. This is a country that has got a much better future, people have got a much better -- should have better hope inside Iran than this current government is providing them.

So it's -- look, it's a complex issue, no question about it. But my intent is to continue to rally the world to send a focused signal to the Iranian government that we will continue to work to isolate you, in the hopes that at some point in time, somebody else shows up and says it's not worth the isolation.

A lot of this sounds like Bush before we invaded Iraq, only now the freak is talking about World War 3!!!!! Notice how Bush is now saying how we have to stop Iran from having the knowledge of building a nuke?? What happened to building a nuke??????

Some interesting war related tid-bits.....
Bill Kristol says iran is the only real threat to winning iraq.
Billy wants his WAR the neo-cons are growing impatient

Ron Paul reminds conservatives that 70% of America wants out of Iraq - and he gets booed! Blood drinking freepers, WANT THEIR WAR PERPETUALLY!!!!

A few neo-con blogs no longer include Ron Paul in their polls because they think his supporters are "gaming the system"!!! Incredible! If you don't think like us, how can you be a Republican??? Now, I'm sure Paul supporters are indeed making sure all their friends vote on each and every single Internet poll, but this shows one important thing, although Ron Paul will not get the support of most Repukes, he is the only candidate generating an excited voter base. His base is energetic for their candidate and the other GOP candidates are fizzling.
